At Diamond Discs International, we stand behind our products. If any of our diamond blades or tools do not meet your expectations, we are here to help you with a return or replacement.

Return Window

Merchandise must be returned within one (1) month (30 days) of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in resalable condition (unused, unaltered, and free of any concrete, asphalt, or metal residue).

  • Must be in the original packaging.

  • Must have been purchased directly from Diamond Discs International, Inc.

Restocking Fees

Please note that a 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned merchandise.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get Prior Approval: Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Our customer service department must be contacted for approval to return merchandise.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization: We will issue you a required Return Goods Authorization Number.

  3. Ship Your Package: All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid by the customer to our headquarters in West Allis, WI. Please ensure your Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on or inside the package.

  4. Please allow 10 days from receipt of the item for processing.
